This place has Amazing Artisan Ice Cream in Rolls! You can add any number of items to your ice cream and they mix it and incorporate it to create any flavor you want. There's no limit to what you can design! I am So happy I found this place. The owner and coworker are so very nice And they have their own Coqui frog!

El Artesano is a roadside ice cream roll truck at la Guancha's entrance. You can find it to your right when you come into la Guancha.
Love the fact that since every order is fully customized, you have the option of going wild with your selection.
You can have a ferrero/strawberry ice cream, or a pineapple/oreo, or a twix/mon cheri option. You name it, and he'll make it for you.
The maker himself is quite serviceable, and friendly. A little crazy, but most geniuses are.
Overall, one of the best places to enjoy ice cream in Ponce. Easily worth two or three visits.

The best ice cream rolls I've ever had! Antonio was incredibly nice, attentive, and more than happy to try our crazy combinations. From the customer service, to the flavor and presentation everything was perfect. 10/10 would recommend.
Amazing ice cream flavors (ex. Nutella, Fererro Rocher, Kinder Bueno, etc. in addition to regular! Turned out so delicious!! They have a bar also! Must try for sure. Gracias!
