Flamenco Beach is my favorite beach on the east side of PR. Have to take the ferry in Ceiba super early to be able to enjoy a great day in Culebra. Hadn't been there in a minute so I was surprised to see that now you have to pay for parking and for beach access also. Parking is $5 dollars and some change for the entire day. Beach access is $2 per person. Went in July for my bday. The beach had alot of a type of algae, sargasso, but it's a seasonal thing.

Most beautiful beach I’ve ever been to! The water was crystal clear for as far as you could swim. The sand was white and the crescent shape with the palm trees and mountains made it extra beautiful. Love the tank to go see too. Highly recommend!

By far, the best beach in Puerto Rico. Simply magical. Bright crystal clear turquoise waters, white sand, many food vendors, bathrooms, showers, beach chair and umbrella rentals. Parking is about $15 for the entire day (less if you are there for less time), and they charge a $2 cover per person for beach access and access to all of their facilities. We visited a few beaches and left this beach for last because it was the only one on the island with showers. I wish we would have just skipped all the other beaches and have spent the entire day at Flamenco.
