It's really hit or miss. I've had very good bartenders with good moods and ones who seemed out of it. Strong drinks, though and they only take cash.
Great place near where we stayed. We visited it every day we were in Puerto Rico. Drinks were cheap and all of the locals were fun to hang out with. If you are in the area, definitely go there.
Cheap cold beers. Music was hit or miss. Outdoor sidewalk seating. Not the best but not the worst either.
Fun place for Karaoke. Seems like they favour the Spanish singers a bit more than English but it was still very fun
