Go up to the very top for an amazing view! Food was tasty and good, drinks are weak they are not strong at all... Wait staff can be rude especially the female with black hair. The fish tacos were amazing!! The empanadas as well. And the Guanabana Mojito was great
Loved this place so much, we went for afternoon drinks then returned for a late night snack!! Great views and ocean breezes. Delicious food & drinks. Friendly service.
The drinks were delicious and truly the best piña colada with house made coconut cream. HOWEVER, the food was subpar. Three of us ordered the skirt steak (rare, medium rare, and medium)—and yet they were all extremely well done. Like leather style. Another friend got the shrimp tacos and they were inedible. The service once inside the restaurant was alright. But beware that they will lie to you about the wait times. We were told we were going to have to wait of 30 minutes for a table. An hour and a half later we were not seated. The hostess sassily told us she could not give us an estimate because it was up to “the kitchen”. When asked for more information she told us “20 minutes in a range”. We are native Spanish speakers so it was not a miscommunication. It was a lack of care of customer service.
I will say, the view was nice if you sit all the way up top. But the floors in between were hot and smelled like a bathroom. Also not accessibility friendly unless you sit outside, all narrow staircases.
They should definitely be ashamed of their service!!
They make me wait down for 20 minutes to send me to the 3th floor to seat at the bar where it was empty anyway. I set for a while at the bar and nobody greeted me or anything. I just left, I don't need to spend my money where I am not welcomed. I will never come back or recommend this place.
They definitely need better communication between their floors and a course of customers service. Is the first time in Puerto Rico I felt not welcomed because everyone here in San Juan is super nice and kind.
