The Nice Beach House

As many have said in the reviews 5 stars are not enough! The Nice Beach House has a great backyard with breathtaking views. I loved waking up early in the morning and watching the sun come up and enjoying a cup of coffee.Taking long walks on the beach. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Owners are more than willing to answer questions. They gave us lots of ideas for places to eat. Richies Restaurant was my favorite. Las Picuas Convenience and liquor store 123 is 5 min from house. They truly want you to have the best experience there. Ohhh and you can't forget the pool!

The pictures don't come close to the beauty this home has! Wonderful location, super comfy beds, very nice back yard with a breath taking view. The beach was so close and convenient...literally steps from the back door. Our favorite place in the house was the back patio and upstairs deck. Views for days! The owners were very accommodating and have thought of everything to ensure a great stay! Also, we took the advice of the owners and tried a few local eateries and weren't disappointed! The Puerto Rican bakery was divine! Great location and lots to see and do within minutes of the home. We will definitely be back with friends!

We loved this place! Definitely more than a 5 star review. You arrive & instantly feel relaxed. The house has everything you need & a beautiful beach front. It's right down road from many restaurants, 10 minutes from grocery store, 15 minutes from rain forest, & a half hour from airport. We had a blast grilling out & enjoying the beach. Definitely will be back! Made the best memories.

Great place to stay! Had a wonderful time. House has been renovated and updated with modern conveniences. Walk out the back door, walk 20 yards and you're on the beach at the water's edge. Just a 5-6 minute drive to restaurants, shops and stores. House is located in a private, quiet area, with very little traffic. Owners are more than willing to answer any questions you may have about your stay. If you're planning a vacation in Puerto Rico, consider The Nice Beach House for your stay!

Best vacation place ever! Awesome house and accomodations. The beach is amazing! The water was clear, warm and shallow enough to walk out a long way. Snorkeled and saw a lobster, sea cucumber and several different fish. Also enjoyed the catamaran Salty Dog, rain forest, and zip lining. Met a guy named Lee who witnessed a sea turtle laying eggs on the beach and told us about all of the local attractions. Will definitely go back and recommend to others. Thank you Tim and Sarah for sharing such an amazing beach house!
