BEEARE!! I asked for a menu if prices before my manicure but they said they didn’t have one. Then they wanted to charge over $50 for filing and buffing my nails! I didn’t want polish, I only wanted them buffed. She borrowed a buffer that was so old it had holes in it! Lastly she put a blob of scrub on my hands and told me to wash it off and I was done. The service lasted for about 20 minutes. $50 for this??!! They agreed to take $4 for not getting polish. “Our salon, your sanctuary”? I don’t think so! Save yourself a bad experience and go somewhere else to get your nails done.
Only giving 2 starts because the lady who did my nails was kind. I paid $52 for a regular gel set. Back home in Indiana it would be no more than $25. It did not seem very sanitary either. I never saw the tools being taken out of packages from being cleaned. Absolutely over priced to top it off.
I went in for a full set. The nail artists were so nice and everyone was great. I have some complaints though. The lady doing my nails hurt my hands and my cuticles stopped bleeding like 5 minutes after I left the salon. The glitter on my nails chipped very early on as well. I also provided her a picture of what I wanted and she put her own “twist” on it. I noped out at the proce as well. Almost $62 for what she did. Never leaving my actual nail lady again. (1st pic is what I wanted and the second pic is what I got and FIXED myself at home.)
I thought I finally found a good descent nail shop in Puerto Rico, I was absolutely wrong. I paid almost $100 for an mani/pedi with eyebrows. The nail polish started chipping not even 24 hrs later.
The cleanliness is horrible or maybe not up to my expectation.
The only good thing that came from this visit is my eyebrow waxing was amazing even though I'm not a fan of double dipping of the wax.
