Beautiful Body Esthetic & Spa Caguas

I'm used to having massages and today I went to Beatiful Body in Caguas and had the best massage of my life! Yaimaris was perfect in all aspects and I was so happy with the massage that I booked my next one with her prior to leave the location...and bought two gift certificates for Mother's Day ;-) I just became a customer for life of BB!

Terrible bikini Wax service. The lady who waxed tried to be nice but apparently my hair was too long to wax even though I trimmed it. A bad trim I guess. It can't be too long...it can't be too short...wth..does that mean exactly? They charged for an incomplete job too. She could not finish because the area was too irritated from the constant pulling. Then, they charged me extra for the incomplete bikini wax and perineal line wax...😒 I still have a bush of hair and pain. One side looks like a bald spot gone wrong....it is just messed up. Never requesting their service again and they should not perform waxing at all.

Great facilities, super friendly staff and really good prices for what you're getting. Highly recommend!
