    A wonderful spa day with three girfriends. The staff made it possible for all of us to get the massage next to each other in a beautiful and spacious room decorated with foliage and garland lights. Very respectable and knowledgeable massage therapists. The other amenities were amazing. Highly recommend!

    The massage service was ok, nevertheless they had an offer advertised in social media, but was not included in the website booking page, so a regular couple massage was booked. When we requested the offer to be applied in the Spa, they did not want to honor it and made the excuse that we already paid the regular price. We informed that the offer did not appear online and they had the excuse that we should have called. At first they offer a refund of the regular price, to then pay the offer price, but that did not happened. They made an arrangement, but did not honored the published offer. The facilities needs a love and repairs. The Kailani area seemed deteriorated. The also say that they validate 1.5 hrs of parking but they only gave a $3.50 discount when the first hour is $5. Not the best experience in Puerto Rico.

    As a dedicated member of the Spa, I wish to express my appreciation for the welcoming atmosphere and the exemplary service provided by the staff. Their commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience is commendable and greatly enhances the overall ambiance of the facility. However, I have observed an area of concern that merits attention from management: the maintenance of the Spa's facilities. The saltwater pool is beginning to show signs of neglect, with noticeable rust on both the floor and the walls. This deterioration not only detracts from the visual appeal of the pool but also raises concerns about hygiene and safety. Furthermore, the jars for water in the steam room are similarly affected by rust, which compromises the serene environment that Spa members have come to cherish. While the staff’s dedication remains unwavering, it is imperative that management prioritizes addressing these maintenance issues. Regular upkeep of the facilities is essential to maintain the high standards expected by members and to ensure a consistently pleasant experience. By investing in necessary repairs, management can reaffirm its commitment to providing a premium environment that reflects the Spa’s reputation for quality and care.

    Beware, these people scam you! I had a terrible massage in March and the masseuse was on her phone and used only one hand throughout most of the massage, she didn’t even give me my full time yet I was still charged $150.00 before even entering the spa. I requested a refund and was told by the gentleman at the front that it would go back on to my card and it never did. Weeks later I call the spa and they tell me that they did issue the refund and on their end it shows I received the money back but I never did. I called my bank and tried to dispute it but because the spa put on my receipt that they issued my refund as “cash” my bank couldn’t give me the money back. My bank also sent me an official document saying I never received any refund from this Spa back into my account. I called the spa again and was told they can’t help me and then I was given the directors email, so I sent him a message explaining all of this and he never responded back. This has to be one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever encountered. Awful massages and they scam you so watch out!
