I had the most amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, the positive vibes were undeniable—everyone was smiling, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The salon itself was spotless, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Evelyn—she is truly a hair magician! I got the best blowout of my life, and I honestly couldn't stop staring at my hair. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and the results were flawless. Evelyn is not only skilled but also super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. The owner was so kind and clearly cares about creating a warm and uplifting environment for both clients and staff. You can tell everyone loves being there—and it shows in the service. Never really interested in facial treatment because I thought it was just for vanity, but did I learn something new. Let's just say I was experimenting with facial moisturizers I saw on Instagram, and and it went wrong. Emergency time... I've lived in Puerto Rico a few years but don't speak Spanish well and didn't know what to do so I asked my barber and he recommended Creatif. The spa scene isn't necessarily my comfort zone, but everything from making the appointment to the treatments were a pleasure. The ultra sound and deep moisturizer really felt good to my face. Again another pleasant surprise, because my wrong pre-conceived notion was that facials involved scrubbing and peeling, and pain. It's been a few days now since the treatments, and my skin really feels good, looks good too. Thanks again to the whole crew at Creatif for a fixing me up when I was basically in panic mode.

Giovanni was super nice and attentive.... it was my 1st time, and exceeded my expectations as the hair cut that I wanted was done at perfection. Important is by appointment ( I love it), and I didn't wait... they respect clients time. Keep doing the good work/service.
