Soul Spa Wellness Center

I got a massage yesterday and while the overall experience was pleasant and the staff were incredibly kind, I did have a few concerns. I specifically asked for the focus to be on my neck and traps, as that’s where I was having pain, and I also mentioned that I didn’t want my feet touched. Unfortunately, my feet were touched during the massage, and the session ended up being a full-body massage instead of focusing on the areas I needed most. While the massage felt good in the moment, I’m still experiencing the exact same pain I had before coming in. I really appreciate how nice everyone was, but I do wish my specific requests had been followed more closely so the session could have been more effective for the issue I came in for.

This spa has an area where you can buy coffee, croissants, etc. Apparently, their interior sitting area is only for "doctors," as I was informed from a very rude employee who told me to move outside. Please separate the areas or add a sign that notifies your patrons. I was not the only one baffled by the tone/attitude of your spa employee, who then proceeded to sit behind a counter, just browsing on his phone.

My husband and I stopped at Soul Spa Wellness Center due to us staying near by in AirBNB. We are so pleased that we found this wonderful gem!!! The service was superb from the moment we walked in. We had an appointment for a couple’s massage. We arrived 30 minutes early to sit in complementary sauna room where we were given mimosas. We changed into robs and shoes provided by Soul Spa. Afterwards we use their rain showers which was amazing experience. Then we enjoyed our massages, afterwards we were serve ginger lemon tea to go. The staff was so kind and friendly. The space was super clean and smelled really nice. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this spa to anyone in the area! You will not be disappointed!!

My best friend booked us a soul mate experience massage for my birthday. We came in and it was nice and clean, the masseuses and front desk were well dressed and welcoming. We filled out some paperwork and then someone showed us where the lockers were and how to use them. We changed into robes and were offered a beverage while we waited for our room to be ready. They had a variety of chocolates and snacks available to us aswell. Two masseuses greeted us and brought us in our joined room. There was ambient music playing and it was really lovely. They left the room while we de-robed and got under the sheet. My masseuse was Natalia, she was warm and kind and was clearly a professional. She moved her whole body as she massaged me and it was a very organic and flowing experience. I asked for medium pressure and she gave me exactly that. When we were done they hit little chimes and offered us more beverages while we waited for sauna to heat up. We were also offered beverages when we were sitting in the sauna. They were very attentive. We hadn’t told them it was my birthday, but the attention to detail was impeccable! They came in and surprised me with a little cheesecake and told me happy birthday! It was really lovely. My only complaint is that the showers were difficult to figure out. The water ran cold for a few Minutes and the water pressure was a little low. But that was not enough to deduct a star in my opinion. Will definitely be back! Thank you Natalia and others!
