Stay away. These guys treat customers as if they were doing them a favor. Additionally, they will try to keep your 5k deposit even if the boat they are trying to sell you it’s not the boat you agreed to purchase. Avoid these guys at all cost.
If you are interested in a boat, the seller Carlos Valencia is very responsible, but the warranty service is terrible, very slow and you have to pay for everything while the boat is in their facilities.
If you are interested in purchasing a boat, Wally Castro and his attentive staff will assist you either in Puerto del Rey in Fajardo or in Puerto Real in Cabo Rojo.
I was in the process of buying a Boston and Charlie's treatment was spectacular. Charlie is a patient and super honest seller and always looks for ways to help you get the boat you want and at the best price. Recommended 100%.
