So we booked a 60ft yacht through get my boat.. 10 mins before departure we are told the 60 doesn’t work well and wanted to put us in a 40ft for sale price but would include scooters which in messages they never stated was a add to price.. so we book the 40ft and they make us pay the crew.. rental was for 5 hours.. I text them and let them know we were starting at 3 didn’t leave till 320 ish.. captain takes us to icacos when palomino is where we booked.. so we go to palomino.. scooter is partly charged and one is low on life.. at 630 less than 3 hrs after captain says per coastguard we cannot be on water in dark and has to be back by 7pm at dock…. Now remember we paid for 5 hrs .. 8 pm is return time.. so we overpaid the crew and rental.. shower was locked in boat.. boat also failed on way back and we were on water in dark contradicting what they stated.. then we were stuck in parking lot for over 20 mins and weren’t let out till we found a guard. I contacted the owner next day and outlined all issues was told they would sort compensation and never did .. vey poor way to do business and do not recommend this company… they claim a significant discount y’all charged almost 1800 plus 450 for crew… that’s not a great deal for a 40ft yacht .. yall didn’t issue me a credit either and I will be dealing with my credit card company.. yall didn’t provide the 5 hours either
What a great experience. By far the most knowledgable captain I've ever chartered with. The vessel was beautiful, clean, and service was great. I look forward to chartering many times in the future with you guys!
Literally loved everything about this experience. I inquired and Nicole reach out immediately and was able to accommodate what I was looking for and affordable. The communication was immaculate! When arriving our captain, Carlos, was there waiting on us already. Carlos was amazing. Very knowledgeable, made sure we were enjoying the experience and comfortable. We had snorkeling gear, food and drinks. The setup was nice as well. We really appreciate the hospitality that you all shown. Thank you so much! 10/10 for me. We will definitely see you all next time!
