Dr. Cintrón is excellent, but the terrible service her staff provides is shameful; they are not patient-oriented. They don't have space for emergencies, and everything is by appointment only. Today, Friday, January 3, 2025, they told me they were closing at 5 p.m. I went at 3:40 p.m. to pick up a prescription that they had prepared the day before. They never called me to inform me. When I arrived, it was closed. The owner of the coffee shop next door told me that on Fridays they close at 3 p.m., even though they told me it was 5 p.m. The situation forced me to go to the emergency room, where I had to pay a $50 deductible. Money isn't an issue, but waiting hours in the hospital to be seen just for a prescription is. That's why I have to give them 1 star, not because of the doctor, but because of the irresponsibility of the employees.
