Bolera Caribe

I recently visited this bowling alley and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, the staff came off as rude and dismissive. The lane we were assigned malfunctioned several times, which interrupted our game. While I will say the food was surprisingly good, things took a turn for the worse at the end. When we went to return our rental shoes, one of the staff members carelessly tossed my shoe onto the counter, nearly hitting someone in my group. On top of that, she began spraying disinfectant on the bowling shoes while we were still standing right there, and ended up spraying it in our faces. Overall, the lack of professionalism from the staff overshadowed any positives. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless there are serious changes made to the way guests are treated.

We had a good time, but there’s a major problem, THE LANE THAT WE WAS ON DIDNT WORK, THE PINS WHERE MALFUNCTIONING AND WHEN THERE WAS A PLAY WHERE THERE WAS NO PINS AND YOU THROW IT, YOU GET A SPARE! WITH NOTHING ON IT!!! SERVICE HORRBLE, food good, PRICE FOR ARCADE BAD, air conditioning good

Main reason for the 3-stars wasn’t the bowling alley, the game was great and we had a BLAST! But the service was a little mediocre on the food service counter. The person wasn’t very happy to be there I guess, with the weird expressions every time you wanted something… well, sad. Besides that experience, the alley where we were was good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but for us was enough in that day I guess. Would choose one of the bowling alleys on the Metro area next time.

Great service, we had fun remembering old times when they were kids. Highly recommended. Good Covid protocol. 👍

Nice place to enjoy with family and friends! We spent about 2 hours and there was a friendly atmosphere among everyone there. I would suggest getting there early, since it it very frequented. Pizzas were ordered and very much enjoyed by all our family! We had a good time and no issues at all.
