Inside Buchanan Army Base. To enter you have to show an active military ID, a retired military ID or be a member of MWR. That membership allows you to enter the base to go to the bowling center, community club, several bars, golf club. Actually you have to show your MWR membership card and your Real ID or American passport to enter due to security issues.
Bowled there in leagues and had my bowling practice there. I've enjoyed bowling and the cafeteria food is great, plus nice people working there. Hopefully, with safety measures in place because of the covid-19, I can once again play there.
Update, Buchanan Bowling Alley is now closed, for remodeling, since 6/13/2022. Remodel may take a month before opening.
Very cool and refreshing atmosphere. Daily lunch specials at the snack bar. Cold beer and mixed drinks in the lounge. Large screen T.V.'s for all you sports fans. Handicap parking and entrance with tables to accommodate.☘️🇵🇷
