Do not let its initial location fool you. It is AMAZING. The burger was 8oz, about an inch thick and the mofongo was about the same thickness, but COMPACT and filled with garlic and butter. I genuinely could not finish it. Worth every darn dollar.
I stopped in here for lunch. A burger sounded like a great idea. With the recommendation from the local dive shop. I had to stop. The open-air layout is very nice and welcoming. The staff greats you as soon as you walk in. They take care of you with good frequency. I ordered a Rey Burger, Lettuce, tomato cheese that comes with fries. The burger took a bit to arrive, which was perfectly fine. As the burger was far from a frozen disappointment but a delight to eat. With the smaller bun, the burger was a slight challenge to eat. It was extremely juicy and like stated a joy to eat with the right amount of mess that requires napkin after napkin. The way i believe a good burger should be. The fries fit it well with the burger. This was a great lunch. This is also a place where I will be returning to in the near future.
I've returned sooner then expected. 2 days later. I had the sandwich berger and fries with matching quality as the 1st.
This time I added on queso frito.
This was a very enjoyable appetizer. The right grilling g cheese cooked just the way I enjoy them with a sweet and slightly tangy sauce. Definitely a joy to done here again.
I really liked the service. There’s plenty of space to eat in the back. I had a Rey Burger that was super delicious. They offer a variety of different dishes, not just burgers. The prices are reasonable.
