Overall, Buns Burger Shop delivers on taste and experience, but the pricing keeps it from being a perfect five-star spot. If you’re willing to splurge a little, it’s worth a visit for the flavor and freshness.
We went there hoping the positive, previous reviews were true, unfortunately that was not our experience. The young lady at the counter was as engaging as a dead bug. The food was mediocre, the burgers were not great at all and the sweet potato fries and regular fries were soggy. For three of us to eat the cost us $56.87, which was way too much given the food and service. We needed to use handicapped ramp which was an exercise in itself to find it.
I would not recommend them at all. We should have known something was up when we arrived the place was empty.
I love this burger chain. I would dare to say it is the best burger joint in Puerto Rico. Lots of options for toppings and extras. You'll never run out of hot sauces combinations to try. All these with acceptable price ranges.This one in particular is very large and comparable indoor/outdoor seating space. Very comfortable space. The personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. Very different from the latest trend. I'll definitely go back again. It is a family tradition now.
