Amazing burgers! Francisco provided joyful and attentive service! Food was delicious and he made an amazing margarita exactly how I asked! Draft Medalla was perfect and my modified burger order was cooked to perfection! Even though we were early to the restaurant they let us sit and have a beer! Thank you!

I usually don’t go bashing business out in the open, but this situation must be exposed I get to your establishment at 9:30 PM. Your COUNTER help (name Gadiel)Did not receive me with a nice greeting. All there was in his mind is too. Immediately informed me that I was not able to dining in / If I was going to order, it must have to be to go ! I explained myself that I was trying to call to see if the dining room was open , He immediately responded. He was busy and he will not answer the phone anyways because people that usually orders at night They don’t pick up their food . Did not apologize and did not offer to Diane at all .,Nowhere in the website says that you guys stop serving at 9:30 , I told him someone is going to write something about it. Immediately, Gadiel, Responded I don’t care! … Wow…. My food was made in Less than five minutes. I asked the manager. I don’t understand why I’m not able to eat. It’s only 9:35 She offer for me to dine in, but it was too late. I Didn’t feel like eating there no more, every employee Look like they did not wanna be hospitable . When I got home, I realized the fries that they gave me they were raw and soggy The burger was OK … a horrible experience. I will never go back there again. Definitely not recommending this place

Food is pretty good but service is not good at all. The first time we went they were friendly. We had gone back two times. Second time we thought maybe they were understaffed a d thus stressed. Third time it was the same. No hellos, no politeness. The cashier seems so disgruntled. There won’t be a next time

Walking in was awkward because there was an oversized Xmas tree partly blocking the entrance, but once inside the space was comfortable. Beer and burger for $10! Now that’s a good deal because it even included the fries, and Heineken nonetheless, although I changed it for a soda. Not sure if that was the daily special but the price was great! The burger didn’t seem to have much salt or spice, it wasn’t amazing but it was fine and it tasted like real meat. The fries were ok. I ordered it without lettuce but they must’ve missed that part. All in all the experience was decent. I found it satisfying, just not great.

Their custard shakes are not really custard shakes, have them in Orlando and you really taste the custard , tried the shake at two local establishments, they are tasty but no custard flavor, I rotate between PR and MCO monthly so will definitely reconfirm when I go back to MCO.
