Great burgers full of flavor. Place is noce and service is very friendly.

Excellent service, mojitos are really excellent, food was excellent. Waitress attention excellent, knows the dishes and bring recommendations on dishes and drinks. Dessert excellent . Hamburger filled with cheddar chesse excellent. Meat was well cooked and seasoned.

We tried Jungle Burger for a second time because the first was during the pandemic and we had to adjust our expectations. The 8oz Jirafa was the best burger I have eaten in Caguas. It was fresh and flavorful. The shoestring fries were tasty as well. My wife had the had the Monkey burger and she was not overly impressed. The reason for the 4 star rating on the food is because the beef is very dressed up with seasoning and onions so you lose the taste of beef. Some palates probably enjoy that but I prefer beef with salt and pepper. This my only critique. The service was excellent; even for a Sunday evening and the atmosphere was pleasant. The parking is a bit difficult but I was happy to see there was security present.

Overall experience was ok. The food presentation was really nice and the restaurant was really nice everything played into the theme very well. My issue comes is that even though the food had ok flavor nothing over the top it was very dry and for the price it just wasn't worth it.

Excellent service and cuisine! I had the 8oz burger with the works; including bacon and a fried egg. I ordered the mini alcapurrias has an appetizer with a passion fruit frozen drink. The burgers are really large! Unfortunately, a bit on the salty side, although well seasoned otherwise.
