Buyer beware. Waited a full day to receive a tech to call. Missed the call by a minute, called back immediately and was told “so sorry can’t help” you’ll have to sit home another full day and wait on us to call, also CAN NOT GIVE YOU A SPECIFIC TIME either. You just wait on us. Again I waited all day the following day received to receive their call at 5:30 pm. Issues couldn’t completely be resolved because they close at 6pm!!!! If I wasn’t so upset I would say it’s comical. Also please notice how the few good reviews they’ve received are towards the installers. Get your ACT together ACT Dealer. YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEPLORABLE.
The work done by the Sales executive, Joshua Quiñones. and the technician, Brian Rodz, coming to my house to do the installation was superb !! They care enough to understand my needs as a customer and proceeded to do their jobs exceeding my expectations. I only expect that from this moment forward the services from support and customer service meet that level of support.
Fraudulent company, do not use them. Sales person lied to my elderly mom and had her sign a three year security contract without her really understanding what she was getting into. Company would not return our calls and refuses to cancel her contract without a cancellation fee of $1000. They should be ashamed of misleading elderly people.
