I DO NOT recommend them AT ALL. To begin with, I asked to cancel the contract before the 72-hour deadline because they couldn't install it for various reasons. After the installation, they didn't even install the new internet cable and left me with the old power supply when the new one was included, which they never installed. When I complained, they even blocked me from their Facebook page (they delete negative reviews so they get a good rating). I want to clarify that it's not ADT's fault since they agreed with me, canceled the contract for breach of contract, and told me I didn't have to pay anything. Mr. Juan B. Rosario, owner of Alarm Depot, is demanding that I pay for the system, which they are going to take away. They currently have a citation from DACO (National Data Protection Agency). Don't fall for this company, as there are many good dealers and better options.
