Rented a scooter during my trip to Puerto Rico for my birthday and it was easily one of the best decisions I made. The scooter ran great the entire time and gave me the freedom to explore so much of the island at my own pace. Super convenient, fun, and hassle-free. Highly recommend!
Mariah was very easy to work with and helpful with any questions or concerns about the rental. The Bluetooth speaker setup was also incredibly nice to have for couple hour rides. The scooters also come equipped with a sturdy phone mount.
I definitely wouldn't recommend scooting outside of the San Juan area without prior moto experience. However, if you have experience riding motorcycles it's a great way to see the island. I spent quite some time comparing places before my trip and the service here was far beyond any sort of reasonable expectation. No need to look elsewhere, this was the best vehicle rental experience I've ever had.
If you have a full face helmet back home, I'd definitely recommend bringing it. If you expect to ride in any sort of rain you'll definitely appreciate having a full face helmet. The provided half cap helmets should be plenty good for riding around the city.
