I've never experienced worse auto service. Calls unanswered. Call hung up on. Mailboxes full. I wrote their email address for help, nothing. Stay far away from their service department.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM under ANY circumstances, especially a Bronco Sport. DO NOT SERVICE WITH THEM under any circumstances. They will MESS UP YOUR SUV. I took it for the 30K miles maintenance, paid MORE THAN A THOUSAND dollars, and they told me that they supposedly "worked on recalls" too. Guess what, a week later, I had a catastrophic electrical shutdown in the middle of a busy intersection. I couldn't even turn on my hazard lights! And a week after that, it happened AGAIN! I NEVER had any issues with my Bronco prior to this supposed "maintenance" work they did. THEY MESSED UP MY SUV AND ARE NOW GHOSTING ME. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. FoMoCo, if you're reading, DO NOT give Autos Vega Group ANY ALLOCATION. Do yourself a favor and send your resources elsewhere.
Peor servicio al cliente. Do not take your vehicle for service to this dealer. They take forever, which one may be able to understand but the worst part is that the representatives don'bother to answer the phone or call back when you call to check up on your car. Stay awayfrom this dealer, all they care about is selling you a car but not servicing it.
Horrible. They gave me an appointment for one day, three weeks later they still haven't even touched my bus for the diagnosis. Haven’t given me a car to solve while they decide to work on my bus.
I do not recommend their services. This is being inconsiderate with the customer... let’s see how much more time I have to wait for them to fix my bus
