    I recently visited Flagship Volkswagen with the goal of trading in my current vehicle and purchasing a new one. From the moment I arrived, Bryan Mulero, my sales representative, and the sales manager were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The trade-in process was surprisingly smooth and efficient—it didn’t take long at all, and I felt like everything was handled with professionalism and respect. Where things got a bit complicated was in securing financing for a new vehicle. Unfortunately, I ran into some approval issues that were out of everyone’s control. What really impressed me was how committed the team was to helping me despite the challenges. Many dealerships might have moved on to an easier sale, but not Flagship Volkswagen. Bryan and the sales manager stuck with me for hours, doing everything they possibly could to help me get approved. When it finally reached the point where they had to tell me, “We’ve tried everything—we can’t get you a loan today,” I was understandably upset and left the building feeling discouraged. I sat in my car thinking about how I came there with one goal—to drive away in a new car—and now I was leaving empty-handed. But something told me not to give up just yet. I walked back inside and showed Bryan a car I had seen on their website. He said, “I have an idea—give me one second.” Moments later, he pulled up in the exact car I would end up driving home that very night. Thanks to the strong trade-in value of my vehicle and the affordable price of the car Bryan brought around, I only had to pay a few thousand dollars out of pocket—and I was able to drive away with no loan at all. It was an outcome I didn’t even think was possible when I first arrived. This team went above and beyond—something I didn’t expect from a car dealership. Their dedication, patience, and genuine desire to help left a lasting impression. I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase and incredibly happy I chose Flagship Volkswagen. This is my first Volkswagen, and after this experience, I can confidently say—it won’t be my last.

    I went there because of a Facebook Marketplace add of a 2021 Tiguan with just under 9k miles for my kid. Almost everything was done by phone, got there, tested the unit and came out of there with a great deal on the Tiguan the same day. Besides that, I ended up trading my 5 y.o. Ford for a VW Atlas, that I took home the next day. Months later bought a third car from them. Service, willingness to help and attention to customers experience gain them a long term customer.     I took my car for an oil change and general maintenance, and it was my first and last time at this shop. They offered additional services, which we agreed to pay for, but they never actually completed them or mentioned anything when we picked up the car. They claimed to have given my car a “complementary wash” but it looked like they just threw water to make it look clean. While I understand they didn’t have to do the extra work since I just wanted the oil change, I expected them to complete the work they offered. When we went to pick up the car, we were ignored by the staff. It seemed like the employees didn’t want to be there and were not interested in assisting customers, making us feel like we were bothering them. They really need to improve their customer service skills. I won’t be returning to this shop with my car again nor recommend to other Volkswagen owners.

    No sense of urgency to comply with warranty. Kept car 3 weeks to repair a relatively simple warranty claim. Lack of effective communication and disrespect to client's time. Would not recommend to anyone. I have developed ptsd from doing business with them. Avoid Volkswagen in Puerto Rico.

    Overall buying experience was very good, as I made the negotiation tough and salesman Yatzel and the dealer managers worked with me very professionally and patiently to finally reach a satisfactory deal for a 2024 Tiguan, including my trade-in. I hope that service is as good or better, I met people there getting service that were making claims about waiting hours for something easy.
