Updated Review:
I had initially held off on posting an update, but after multiple issues, I feel compelled to warn others. I recently discovered that the dealership who sold me my Ford Bronco installed a Hyundai oil filter on the engine. Not only is this completely incompatible and dangerous for the vehicle, but it shows a blatant disregard for quality control, safety, and customer trust.
Using an incorrect or incompatible oil filter can cause serious engine damage, and it makes me question what else was improperly done or hidden. This isn’t just a small oversight — it’s negligence, and it puts drivers at risk.
This kind of corner-cutting behavior is unacceptable from any dealership, let alone one that claims to be reputable. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle here, I strongly urge you to have it inspected immediately by a third-party mechanic. I wish I had.

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past two years, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. My first vehicle was a Hyundai, and while the purchase initially went well, things quickly went downhill when the vehicle was recalled due to a high risk of being stolen. When I reached out to the dealership, I was told that "vehicles in Puerto Rico are not being recalled," so I didn't need to take any action. A few months later, my vehicle was stolen, and I learned that the recall did apply to Puerto Rico. If the dealership had acted responsibly and informed me correctly, the recall fix could have potentially saved my vehicle.
Despite my hesitation, I purchased a second vehicle from this dealership. Less than a month later, the window stopped working. Since it was still under warranty, I notified the dealership, and they scheduled an appointment. However, I was later informed that the warranty on the part had expired just the day before, and they would need to work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. It has now been two weeks since that initial conversation, and after having to follow up myself, I was told that I would need to drop my car off for an undetermined amount of time with no rental provided. The cost of the rental would be my responsibility.
I am extremely disappointed with this dealership's lack of customer service and their failure to take responsibility for their errors. I would never purchase from them again and strongly encourage others to use caution when considering doing business with them.
I arrived at caribbean Auto distributors and was kindly greeted by alexandra. She helped me buy my first car.
If you are ever in the need to buy a car, most definitely ask for alexandra because she is a sweetheart, honnestly a great experience over all quick services and friendly faces.
We have had our share of car buying experiences, but the experience of buying a car and having Alexandra Matos guide us through the process was at a whole different level. She was empathetic, genuine and incredibly understanding of my 81 years young mother’s needs. Alexandra made the process more pleasant, because we all know having to sit on a dealer for hours can be extenuating. She was never pushy nor impatient, which we appreciated. We even shared a meal together as we waited for the paperwork to be done. Do not think about it, just book your appointment with Alexandra and let her do her magic.
