He completely debunks the stereotype of the aggressive, overzealous salesman and instead brings a calm, personable, and thoughtful approach that immediately puts you and your family at ease. From helping us select the right vehicle to securing financing and driving off the lot, Ruben was there every step of the way—always accommodating, never pushy. We’re incredibly thankful for his support and look forward to many more years of working with him at Lexus.
I bought a new car from this dealership 3 years ago. The sales process was fine and I was excited. My issue has been on the service side. I’ve had two issues with the service department. Most recently, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 10am which is a 20 maybe 30 minute process. They told me that they had a busy day and my car would be done around 4-5pm. Why are they making an appointment with me if they have no intention of servicing my car then? Makes no sense. I’d recommend getting service done elsewhere. Their scheduling is broken and doesn’t work. I haven’t had issues with service performed, just the wait times being crazy even with an appointment (this was the second time this happened). I’m now getting serviced by a local shop that also charges less than half the dealer cost and with normal wait times.
