Bought a great used car with help from my salesman Nestor, for a pretty fair price, and everyone is great. I just drove back to the dealership to pick up my title and the trip to Caguas and back to Arecibo was great even though I hit construction and traffic, because the SRX is so comfortable and it's a sports wagon crossover truck with rear wheel drive and enough power to make it fun to really drive.
The sales person martin was very helpful but I had to travel back to the dealer 2 weeks after the purchase to get my title and license. Don't know why but zn hour drive each way to pickup paperwork did not make me happy. Other than that everything was acceptable
Have gone in 3 different times during the last 10 years. Not a single time have I had a good experience neither being offered a reasonable offer for any unit. I don’t understand who buys from them vehicles that depreciate so fast are so unreliable and over anything are being severely overpriced by the dealer nor how this dealer is still open.
Last time was the worst, I felt disrespected after being asked $46K for a Bolt EUV with a window sticker price of $28K.
Evitar como la plaga bubónica.
Te roban en tu cara inflando precios para luego echarte el cuento de un "descuento" y terminan dejando los carros mal arreglados o simplemente no los arreglan.
Empleados lentos, super lentos y parados.
Avoid at all costs.
If out of warranty, use Pep Boys or anyplace but avoid this mafia and the gang of inept, incompetent, corrupt employees.
They will rip you off by inflating prices and then offer a "discount" to make you feel good but you are still paying above and beyond.
They never have parts. They do have alot of excuses.
My car was there for 10 days and they could not diagnose a simple spark plug cable replacement which was actually under warranty as they had replaced with a new set 18 months prior. OEM spark plug cables can last up to 100K miles.
They were quoting me for thousands of $ for a diagnosis, new ABS module, ignition coil, spark plugs, spark plug cables, and fuel system cleaning. Went to Pep Boys. All it needed was a new set of spark plug cables and it ran like new. Erased all other sensor alarms as they were causing false readings.
