Pretty easy and simple getting the car and dropping off make sure you have your car insurance app on your phone to save money so you don’t have to use their insurance, and you take a shuttle bus that has a sun with shades on coming from San Juan airport, id rent with them again.
Car was clean no issues with getting the vehicle. I have rented from other places and they said I had to get their insurance and my insurance to even take the car. But here at Easeway was great and will rent from them again 10 stars
We had a good experience renting through NU Car Rental in Carolina. They swapped out the first car they brought us when they noticed the exhaust was making noise, and we had a brand new car that was fuel efficient and comfortable. The drivers side rear tire did have a slow leak, but that was really the only complaint. Be warned if you are under 25, you are going to have to pay an extra fee, right around 20-22 dollars a day, and temp insurance if your credit card doesn’t accept it will add a hefty fee. However, that being said it was a worthwhile expense, and we’d recommend NU to anyone in the area.
Rapido, servicio excelente. Vehiculo al dia y la transportacion es excelente. This is my go to rental everytime I go to the island. Quick service, excellent and without hastles. Prices are very good to fair and their transportation shuttles are top knotch.
I recommend this vehicle rental place to anyone visiting San Juan, Puerto Rico. They do everything possible to meet your needs. They treat you like family. Thanks to Pauline, Pedro and everyone who made every bit of the experience worth it. God bless you
