Wonderful experience at the Enterprise at the Marriott! Just use the address for the Marriott and it’s to the left of the hotel at the entrance of the parking garage. No wait at all to pickup, they were ready with our reservation, brought us right up to the rental car. There was a very minor issue (smell in the car) and they gave us a different car with no issue at all in order to make sure we were pleased. Drop off during hours was also easy and just drove the car to level H, left the key at the front desk and it was done. Was a great experience- thank you!
Victor was awesome! Super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole rental process a breeze. He took the time to make sure I got the right car and explained everything clearly without rushing. It honestly felt more like chatting with a helpful friend than a typical car rental experience. If you’re renting from this Enterprise, definitely ask for Victor—he really goes the extra mile and makes you feel taken care of.
Google maps led us the wrong way when we were trying to pick up the car. I called the number on Google and the number they called me at and no one answered for an hour. The Google number is incorrect and just beeps.
We did late night drop off and part of that process is calling to confirm our charges. I missed the call as they called early in the morning the next day. I’ve called periodically throughout the day 10 times with no response. If you have a checkout process that involves a phone, you should see that your attendants answer their phone or leave an option for voicemail. I ended up having to call Enterprise customer support to complete my checkout but realized they had already charged my card without confirming. Enterprise support ended up being the one to send me my final invoice since this branch was unresponsive. This is an absurd process and is wasting my time trying to get ahold of someone.
Best in the town. I had great experience renting car from them. They are affordable and I used my own insurance so no extra payment. After I returned the car they called me to tell me how much I am getting charged and asked me if I am ok with the charges. Great customer service
Please note that google maps will take you to a parking lot on Calle Cervantes. This is incorrect. The Enterprise mini-office is located close to the main entrance of the San Juan Mariott on Ashford Ave. Just ask someone from the hotel and they will direct you to the Enterprise check in location.
I had a great experience picking up my rental at this location. I showed up 10 mins early and was on my way out with my rental by the time my appointment was scheduled to start.
Dropping off was just as quick and easy.
When I landed in San Juan airport, I walked by the car rental area and it looked completely chaotic. I overheard travelers complaining about the hour long wait they were enduring. My skip the car rental at the airport and do it here instead.
I will be renting from this branch again.
