Worst enterprise experience ever had to deal with. Had lots of roaches in the car didn’t realize It till night time when they all started coming out🤢 I texted enterprise they told me they can exchange car and get a discount. I never got this discount and when I went to return the car and ask me how everything went after I explained the roaches, the horn not working and also mold smell in car and also getting a flat because tires had air bubbles🤦♂️ they said I would get a discount. It’s been 3 months and nothing. Watch out for roaches 🪳 🪳🪳‼️🤦♂️
I had the most disgusting experience at this enterprise location. I have being renting vehicle with enterprise for 15 years. This is the first time I had an issue with my license. I had used the same license for 15 years. I had rented a this location before too. My license has limited Term. In the state of Georgia if you are a permanent resident your drivers license will come like that.
The manager name Torres told that my license is temporary. My license expires in 5 years. I rent cars in every state that I travel to. And Puerto Rico has the same rules. She came up with the excuse that on her country the rules were different. I felt discriminated. Puerto Rico is not a country, is a territory of the United States for her information. I don’t how she is in that position if she doesn’t know the policy.

Outstanding Service from Aida and Joe at Enterprise
Yesterday, we had to return our Jeep to Enterprise due to mechanical issues. What we expected to be a long and frustrating process turned out to be smooth, efficient, and even pleasant—thanks entirely to Aida and Joe.
From the moment we pulled into the return lot, we were impressed. Joe greeted us at check-in, and after we explained the issue, he immediately began assisting us with care and professionalism. He made sure we were comfortable and kept us informed every step of the way.
But it was Aida, his supervisor, who truly took charge. The moment she got involved, the entire process kicked into high gear. With calm confidence and a can-do attitude, she coordinated everything seamlessly. She directed Joe to retrieve a replacement vehicle, handled the paperwork at lightning speed, and ensured we were back on the road far quicker than we ever expected. Her leadership and efficiency were remarkable, and her friendly, reassuring demeanor made all the difference.
Joe executed everything Aida asked with a great attitude and excellent customer care, making sure we were happy with the new vehicle and comfortable before we left.
Thanks to Aida’s leadership and Joe’s support, what could’ve been a hassle turned into one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time. They are both a credit to Enterprise, and we hope their exceptional service is recognized.

Best car rental experience in PR, traveling here often for over 25 yrs. Best car rental experience, Myself working in the client services industry my entire career Anthony exceeded all expectations. I arrived minutes before closing, he was able to get my rental with white glove treatment. Wonderful staff and company, I will always do business with them, Highly recommend.
