    Great service from these guys. Wanted a BMW real bad but initially it wasn’t available on their website so I booked Mitsubishi SUV. When we got there after checking in, we realize they actually had a X5 which is my preferred vehicle and they were able to get us in that even though it wasn’t technically on their website we left with it. Had more than enough utility for us. We had a blast on the island and now I’m looking to move down there. Thanks guys! 10/10 Service animal friendly.

    I had a great experience with Sixt Rent A Car in San Juan. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the rental process quick and easy. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I reserved. Returning the car was just as smooth — no hidden fees or surprises. The location is convenient if you're flying into San Juan, and the prices were very reasonable compared to other rental companies nearby. I would definitely rent from Sixt again next time I'm in Puerto Rico!

    I had a fantastic experience renting a car here during my trip to Puerto Rico! The customer service was outstanding everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional. The staff made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The location was convenient and easy to find, and the car was clean and ready to go. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the island. I’ll definitely be renting from them again!

    The car itself was extremely basic. No Android Auto, Apple Car Play, not even an automated rear hatch release. But it did get me from point A to point B without a problem. Be prepared for major inconvenience when renting. Shuttle took 30 mins to get there even though they're about a mile from airport. Then had to wait outside in 90⁰ heat for an hour before they called us. The reason for the long wait was revealed when we signed the paperwork. The cost went from $148 for 6 days to over $450 when they hit us with the hidden fees and "required" extra insurance ($49/day). I returned the car after 3 days (very easy return process) and went to Denny's next door. Within 20 minutes I got an email detailing the charges showing the full $484.00. Went back and eventually got them to issue a credit for the unused days, but it was still $250 for 3 days. In the meantime my CC that I had only used at Sixt in the last 60 days was used to make online purchases in the UK starting approximately 3 hours after renting my car. Coincidentally SIXT is a European company. Suspicious?

    Car was two years old, 46,000 miles and in terrible condition. Dents and scrapes around, stained seats, and front left bumper dislocated from previous accident. Obvious SIXT glued it back (temporary fix). Kept popping out. Asked if something else was available and lady immediately replied no. Took car back after three days because of preexisting damage. They miraculously had another car available with no major damage or stains. Don’t settle.
