I suggest you park at the gate. The road up is very tight with little room to park. From the gate take the road about 3/4 mile. Simple hike but well worth it.
It's a one-way road up a mountain, and the plant area has many signs saying it's dangerous, and I think it is, at least the cement structure. The structure is really worn down with gaps in the concrete floor, and we were unable to figure out how to play in the water at the bottom of the waterfalls, so we just looked at it. But, it was lovely with unique plants and a nice walk.
Other people seem to have found a different way to the falls, but we just followed google maps. Written 2/8/2024.
There are two waterfalls of easy access. I just visited the first one because I didn't want to get wet and in order to get to the second one you need to walk through the water.
Parking is limited and there is a guy charging a few dollars to watch your car. Once parked walk like 2min and you arrive at the first waterfall. It's very popular with locals and tourists so you can encounter some crowds depending on the day and time of your visit.
