CARLOS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!
I fell in the scooter, got injured, and the screen of my iPhone 14 Pro Max was shattered. I had never broken my phone screen and I was very worried about getting it fixed in an unfamiliar place. Devastated and skeptical, I went to this place. Carlos then immediately made me feel better and taken care of. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable! He gave me a very reasonable price for this repair and fixed it in 10 minutes!
After the repair was done, I asked if he could replace it with the original Apple screen. He was not only willing to do that for no charge (besides the differences in the cost of parts), but when he learned that they wouldn’t deliver the parts on the day of, he went out of his way to get the parts from the main office. I’m very thankful of the service I received.
I came to Puerto Rico visiting from New York and broke my phone on my first night. I came to the shop phone fixed and shop and my friend Rene was able to fix my phone in no time.
We all know that feeling being separated from your phone and Rene was able to bring my vacation back to life.
I had a green screen water damaged phone that I needed repaired quickly so I can get on with my vacation in town. The technician diagnosed and repaired the phone within 2 hours at a reasonable price. He was well spoken in English and explained the process very well. Happy customer! Thank you.
He was amazing out phone broke during vacation and we went to him and he fixed the phone instantly and we waited less than 19 mins very helpful very nice definitely will be back !!! He saved our vacation without our phone were weren’t able to do anything !!!!! You won’t regret it.

I appreciate the amazing service. He hadn’t even had lunch to get the job done. Although I appreciate the dedication my phone and no one else phone is more important than lunch!
