Church’s Chicken

I went around 7:40 pm tonight and chicken was good and the mashed potatoes as well. But the Pechuwrap that I ordered had to much of the sauce that comes inside, it was ridiculous not been able to enjoy it cleaning my hand with all the sauce. I ordered two biscuits and they didn’t put it in the bag. The cashier on the window needs a little bit of training on how to treat the customers, she was rude and looking me like she was upset.

Employee’s are bothered that you come up to the counter to order food. They don’t even acknowledge you, greet you or even a simple “I’ll be right with you in a second” this was my second time at this particular location. I waited in line 15min and walked right out since it didn’t even bother the manager that we were just standing in front of the counter un helped. Overall worst customer service, experience ever.

Slow, drive thru lady playing on her phone, had to ask for my meal when everything we ordered was ready to be served.

Fish tacos. Very dood it should be 3 tacos but its only 2 but there good. They need more personal.

A wonderful food selection at a great price. The customer service staff was exceptional.
