Service was HORRIBLE! Female cashier didn’t care how many people were in line or how long she took, like she didn’t have a care in the world. There was plenty of available food but this girl let everyone just stand there while she was more interested in waving to people she knew coming up to the drive thru window. When we finally got to give her our order, we had to keep repeating it because within a few seconds she’d forgotten, all the while drumming her nails on the receipt machine beside the register, like we were a burden. When we got our food (4 people in our group), she had forgotten to include utensils, we had to ask for our drinks and she didn’t even put our child’s meal in a kids box. “Did I give you the box”, nope, so she just handed us one. We ate and as we left we noticed the man who had been standing in line behind us, by himself, was STILL waiting there. There were plenty of employees but this was the only one working the front and they should FIRE her. She’s costing them money by folks walking out (we watched two) and by paying her a paycheck. She doesn’t want her job apparently.
The manager or employee in the photo, after buying and waiting a long time for the food, tells us that there is no chocolate, and finally, after they told us that there was no cabbage salad, we asked him to please change the chocolate in the Volcan dessert to Nutella or another, and he said he couldn't, we had to eat a disgusting candy volcano, very bad service and little desire to resolve, we will not return to this place

3 years agoGood (unhealthy alternative) for fast food. Slowwww service; this is awful. It takes forever to order. Budget 20 mins for one single order. Awwwwful!!

3 years agoThe food was good, not more than that. It came out quickly and hot. Sadly, we had to go back several times to ask for missing items from our order.
