Church’s Chicken

Came here for lunch with a family of 7 for lunch after first landing in ouerto rico. We wanted something quick and filling to hold us down for the day as we traveled. The service here was great and the food was very fresh. I think we ordered too much food but overall it did the job. The chicken was hot and crispy and everyone enjoyed their meal. The honey biscuits and corn nuggets were my favorite.

Why did I decide to waste 45 minutes of my vacation waiting in a line here? Service was the slowest I've ever seen in a fast food place, and the food was meh. The biscuits were the only good thing.

Apparently Church's has a much different reputation in Puerto Rico than it does in mainland U.S. The menu is much more diverse than in the mainland. The biscuits were a dream! If you are not a fan of Church's Chicken on the mainland, you must give it a try in Puerto Rico. There was a long wait to order but the food came relatively quickly. Parking at this location was challenging. Also this location was not the cleanest.

Associates rather talk among them self than servicing their customers. No customer engagement, they are not calling out orders. You have to guess whats in the pick up section. Lobby filthy ! Take too long to take your order and to receive you order . Be ready to be here 2hrs prior to eat. Male Manager rather clean the fire extinguisher than start working on orders. Other than that food its always great.

we had to wait 30 minutes after we ordered for our food. Some Employees and manager busy having fun customers were not a priority. People were not greeted at the counter in most cases over 5 minutes. They just simply ignored the customers. Just a couple employees seemed to be hustling.
