You can't go wrong here... different options in their menu...food is very good ...service is good ...you can eat in or service car..I recommend the chicken grilled sandwich or the grilled chicken platter...the honey biscuits are a must....don't forget to get dessert...I recommend
I visited many Church's Chicken in Puerto Rico and basically all lack customer service skills. People stay inside in the line for more than 40 mins just to order, and employees does not care or have a sense of urgency. Now, food is really good.
Super busy place but is understandable, not like in the USA, that for less, they get overwhelmed and shut down for the day. So They close at 10 but 10:30 and we are still inside having a good time. A plus for the staff, especially the manager Eileen, who by far projects herself professionally, polite, and proactive with a leadership attitude, manages the business very well during a super busy night. Tables were a bit dirty, but we didn't mind getting a napkin and taking care of it. It's too easy.
I don't know if they get paid more the more we wait. They are so slow. What is wrong? This wasn't even full. It's clearly operating incorrectly, and they should fix this. It's not worth it. I asked and they are "short" stafed and there's clearly a bunch of working doing nothing

5 years agoNice Restaurant, great food. The problem is the long time that they took to serve the order.
