I had a fantastic experience at Church’s Chicken in Cabo Rojo! I ordered the 3-piece combo with mashed potatoes and coleslaw, and everything was delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just the way I like it. The mashed potatoes were creamy and flavorful, and the coleslaw was fresh and had the right amount of tanginess to complement the meal.
The service was nice, and the staff was friendly and attentive. If you’re in Cabo Rojo and craving some great fried chicken, this is definitely the spot to visit. Highly recommended!
My order was completely messed up, missing ELEVEN items, and after waiting 15 minutes for someone at the front end to acknowledge me there, I left. I decided because I was short of time to call and report it so I can pick up the rest of my order at a later time, but no one ever answers the phone! Twenty dollars of missing items and they wouldn't even blink at assisting me.
I went to this location in December 2022 with my family. We tried to order using the drive tru. First, the employees working there were having a party, you can heard them laughing and joking with loud music over the speakers., they had the audacity to tell us that they couldn’t hear me after I repeat the order 3 times. We walked in to order. Orders were given ALL wrong. After going to the car we had to go inside the restaurant 5 times to get our items left off the order or change to the correct ones. The bowl I did order was overloaded with onions and vinagre and didn’t had have all the ingredients shown in the picture. I can go on and on…but this place need to hire responsable people and not people that do not care about the franchise. All the interaction we had there, the employees were joking, I had to repeat myself over and over again while ordering because there was no eye contact while ordering. Worst part the person in the cash register didn’t know how to count!!! Took an hour to get our food order close to what we wanted and at the end was incomplete and nasty… we gave up. Jellyfish have more brain and manners than their employees!
The service was good and the restaurant was clean. We were greeted by a kind employee and our order was quickly taken. Even the manager (or supervisor) of the restaurant was there and seems to be nice with the customers and employees. The chicken wasn't that hot but it was OK, we enjoy our lunch there.
