The service is slow, and the employees seem to have no desire to work. The breakfast was cold, and when you ask for something extra at the counter, they get upset.
Always greeting with a smile! Something about this place... where employees will service you with joy. The place is clean. Special orders are prepared upon request in a reasonable amount of time.
