I arrived at the place and there were tables available, but they were all dirty. The waitresses passed us by and no one welcomed us. When a waitress was free she took us to the table but she didn't clean it, we had to clean it ourselves. When they finally decided to serve us, we ordered the drinks and after a long time of waiting they brought us only half of the drinks. After about 15 minutes the rest of the drink order arrived. When they finally went to take the food order, they explained to us that the food was taking time to arrive and we decided to order another round of drinks, which took much longer than the previous one to arrive. After an hour of waiting the food arrived and the round of drinks had not yet arrived. I understand that there are many new employees, but they should train them better in customer service because the establishment was not so full to wait so long for a round of drinks 🍺.
