I was waiting 45+ mins for a simple order of fried chicken and fries. When I asked what's taking so long, a customer (woman) who was drinking at the bar talking to the owner said, "This is Puerto Rico, not New York." They kept talking, and yet there was no update on the order. Terrible way to be treated, especially since I was with 2 children and they were hungry. I understand if the place was full, but it was just us and the rude woman at the bar who ended up receiving her service first even though she entered AFTER us. Sad customer service. No place on earth does it take that long to make that order they must've been killing the chicken in the back
