Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Puerto Rico

I’ve been dealing with a lumbar herniated disc that caused me constant pain at a level of 8/10. For three months, I went through treatment with a physiatrist and physical therapy, but unfortunately saw no real relief. I was initially hesitant to try chiropractic care, but starting treatment with Dr. Christian in April 2025 turned out to be a game-changer. Dr. Christian developed a comprehensive treatment plan that included chiropractic adjustments and therapeutic modalities. These treatments began to ease my pain, but it was the introduction of spinal traction that made a significant difference. Since starting traction, I’ve experienced a substantial decrease in pain. Today, my daily pain level is down to 2/10, even through regular daily activities. I still continue treatment, but much less frequently—thanks to the progress and support I’ve received from Dr. Christian and his team. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in their patients’ recovery. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I've received and highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with chronic back issues.
