I placed an order IN PERSON on Aug 20th to be delivered in NY is today Sept 4th and haven't gotten the order , status or any email regarding the order. I followed up with email, Instagram message and phone calls and NO ONE HAS GOTTEN back to me. Yet they charged me for the merchandise at the spot on August 20th.
Loved the merch, but the guy with longer hair and glasses completely ruined the experience awful vibes and extremely rude. The guy with short hair was the only saving grace, super sweet and helpful.
Place an order July 21. Have not gotten any form
Of communication from them. Have email twice have called no answer. Call goes to vice mail. Here we are trying to help the economy and support locals. But costumers are goested! Shame
Candy your staff is amazing. Thank you Yaneim, Isabel and Miguel for your great service. Came for bad bunny merch and they were all happy and willing to help and made sure I was taken care of. 10/10
By far the worst customer service experience ever. We went Thursday to inquire about the Bad Bunny Merch and the girl said they drop on friday. We asked if we had to show early to guarantee the shirts and she stated “no we will have enough to last us through the residency” we went the next day around 1pm, waited in line about an hour finally got in just to be told they were out. The girls that work there are EXTREMELY rude.
