The sales associate/cashier was rude and standoffish the first time I came in. I greeted her, and then asked about the items she had. I then made a $40 purchase (a pair of silver earrings earrings/ and a necklace charm) only to get back to my hotel and realize that she didn’t put both earrings into the bag- only one. I called (and the person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and apologetic) told me to come back and get the other pair. She told me the hours I can come in and ensured me the missing earring would be available when I arrive. I paid for an Uber to go back to the store, and the same woman from before was at the cashier stand, not even saying sorry for the error. I saw this place to TikTok and was very excited to support a second hand store, but would recommend going to another place in Old San Juan or the neighboring areas for jewelry and clothing.
