Placed an online order which was never fulfilled. Called and emailed multiple times. As other reviews have shared, this place is a complete scam. Do NOT order from here. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company.
Awful service. AWFUL. Bought a skirt set, after 1 week of not receiving the package, I started txtng and calling them, they read and read messages and won’t reply until today, when I said I will contact my bank.
Instead of sending my package they decided to refund the money. Never an email saying they were to lazy to go to post office, since I knew ( per employee) they had my order in stock. Is incredible wow this business works

Terrible return policies. If you buy something that is damaged in 3 days and you are going to return it, they only give credit. Credit for what if I don't want to buy there again? Once I used up my credit I will never set foot in that store again.
Poor service from the owner, who doesn't care about the customer's satisfaction; she doesn't know how to sell. They've been carrying damaged parts for a long time and want to sell them at the original price, or offer you a 10% discount to fix them.
