I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Shop Olivia. They market themselves as a luxury brand, but sadly, nothing about the customer experience reflects that. I placed an order and was sent the wrong item, which was already frustrating—but what followed was worse. Their customer service has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful, and the issue remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to contact them. There’s no sense of urgency, professionalism, or accountability, which is shocking for a brand positioning itself in the luxury space. Shipping was also far from premium—slow, with poor communication and no proactive updates. If you’re looking for a brand that values its customers and delivers a truly luxurious experience, I recommend you look elsewhere. I expected quality, care, and support—and received none of it.

Olivia's Boutique went above & beyond with great customer service. I rarely write reviews but their clothing and offerings are so chic, their shipping is lightening fast, and when I made a MAJOR error on a return, they were extremely helpful in navigating the error and very quick to respond. Great online vendor with great clothing, bathing suits, and more!

I am suspicious if this is a scam brand. I made an order on 07/24 and was charged as an international charge, but I've never received order confirmation and no way to track the order. I tried to call the customer service number and email, none of it getting response. Shoppers please be aware.

I’m from the U.S. so placed my order online but they had the item I had been searching long for. I had an issue with the item and the boutique went above and beyond to reach out to the brand to obtain a replacement for me! The customer service is amazing! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely boutique!! Clean and love the decor/ambiance. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me style a beautiful outfit with a skirt I loved. Great pricing as well!!
