I ordered an iced vanilla and a mango matcha from here. I LOVED my order and I would definitely come back. The service was good and quickly as I waited around 4 minutes and the place was so cute and aesthetic!!
The Coffee in Old San Juan is a minimalist haven with a focus on simplicity and great coffee. The modern aesthetic is clean and inviting, though it comes at a slightly higher price point.
We ordered from the Hot Purists Menu, enjoying a Cappuccino. We also sampled the Iced Chocolate and a Matcha Iced Latte from the Cold Purists Menu. All drinks were expertly crafted and full of flavor.
The service was surprisingly quick, thanks to the efficient tablet ordering system. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a good cup of coffee.
Overall, we had a positive experience at The Coffee. While a bit pricey, the quality of the coffee and the unique ambiance make it worth a visit if you're in Old San Juan.
I wish I could give this place a higher ranking but honestly wished I had gone somewhere else. I got the salted caramel latte which ended up being about $8. On the pricier side but if it’s good I have no problem paying it. The latte was veryyyyy sweet. I suppose that might be how some people like it, but it was such a sweet caramel, I couldn’t really taste the coffee much. Also, the straws are pale/cardboard and disintegrated very quickly. Not a big deal but I just would rather have different cups that don’t need straws instead of paper ones. You order at a kiosk, the drink was made fairly quickly. I will say that the place itself is super cute, but I would suggested other, less expensive places for coffee
If you are looking for a chill place with good coffee in Viejo San Juan, you should visit The Coffee. I ordered a "Salted Caramel" and it had the right amount of sweetness. I also ordered a "Grilled Ham & Cheese Sandwich," and it was good. When you get to the place, you'll make your order on a tablet, so if you are not a technological person, I recommend asking for some help.
I really loved the minimalistic design, it was refreshing to see more coffee places with different designs and styles.

5 months agoThe Coffee has strong coffee but lacks good service. Ordering by tablet is quick and easy, though. The bathroom is small but clean and functional.
