Great Service from the moment you make a appointment. Very professional and clean. All the staff was kind and detail oriented! I would definitely recommend!
Very rude front desk worker, she made my mom who's 80 years old wait 25 min for the bathroom when we both had appointments for the dentist. She rudely replied she had to do many things and ignored me. She's not capable of doing her job. I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism and bad attitude she had with us.
I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, but Dr. Rodríguez restored my confidence. He has a steady pulse, an incredibly precise hand, and you can't even feel the anesthesia. It makes you feel in good hands from the first moment. Definitely, the best to serve you.
Incredible!
Here they give importance to your dental health but also to your well-being and comfort. It's relaxing, the girls are friendly, and they made sure I was happy to have my dental needs taken care of and leave satisfied with the results. They do their work with excellence. I recommend it 👍
I had a very unpleasant experience at this clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 p.m., but they saw me an hour later. The appointment was for a cleaning and, also, to check a problem in a tooth that they had fixed themselves. However, upon arrival, they told me that only the tooth inspection was scheduled and not the cleaning. I explained to them that my original appointment was for a cleaning and that I had only mentioned the tooth as an additional consultation because they asked me if I had anything else.
Despite their mistake in scheduling and the delay in seeing me, they refused to do the cleaning because they already had another patient at 3:00 p.m. They told me that they were 'doing me a favor' if they did it for me but then they couldn't work on the tooth and they even questioned why I didn't have it cleaned in December, when they themselves were the ones who were not available at that time.
Given this lack of organization and responsibility, I decided to retire. At no point did they offer me an apology, but instead blamed me for the confusion. Very bad care and zero empathy with the patient.
