Unethical, Negligent, and Disrespectful – Worst Dermatologist Experience Ever I am originally from New Jersey, and I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with a doctor. I have been suffering from an intense and worsening skin condition for the past two months—so bad that I’ve had to go to the ER twice. Both times, I was advised to see a dermatologist, which led me to this office. From the very first visit, this doctor was dismissive, rushed, and completely uninterested in what I had to say. Instead of taking the time to listen and properly assess my symptoms, he barely let me speak and disregarded critical details that were clearly important for an accurate diagnosis. He performed two skin biopsies but gave me zero instructions on how to clean or care for the wounds. Even worse, he failed to take any real investigative steps to figure out what was wrong—just threw a prescription at me that turned out to be completely useless and told me to “come back in 10 days.” At my follow-up, I tried once again to explain how much I was suffering, hoping he would take me seriously. Instead, he just walked out of the room mid-conversation as if I was nothing more than a number on his schedule. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly disrespectful. To make matters even worse, after taking two large chunks of skin from my body for biopsy, his office is now refusing to give me my results because I have a pending balance. That is completely unethical and unacceptable. Biopsy results are critical medical information, not a privilege you get only if you pay up first. If you are looking for a dermatologist who actually listens, takes their job seriously, and has basic human decency—look elsewhere. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. This has been a nightmare experience, and no one who is already suffering should have to go through this kind of negligence and disrespect.

Went to their offices Just for some medical records for a friend in wheelchair. Extremely hard to reach through the phone (Veteran Affairs had been calling them for months with no luck so finally they asked my friend to get the records himself.. when you go there in person secretaries are not helpful say they will get back to you and call you back but never do... So they NEVER answered any of their calls or ours and going in person to seek help is also a waste of time, they are borderline negligent! Im still waiting for their call back and would never be their patient. Based on what I see from how they treat their patients id literally rather go to any other dermatologist.

Excellent service. Love that they have afternoon/night appointments and Saturdays. Friendly staff and kind.
