I was overcharged 100 dollars for asking for hair tips, even after being told that the fee would be 100 dollars, I was confronted with a 200 dollar fee. The doctor did not seem to want to be there and was annoyed at my questions. Felt like I was wasting her time and the insulted with a hidden fee that I was never warned of. I was given recommendations for fillers and scar treatment, but I didn't feel like I wanted to follow up because of the dishonest practice, and felt like they just wanted my money.Terrible experience.

Horrible Customer Service Hung up on 4 times On hold for a total of 45 min Just for someone to tell me new patients are seen at another office, when I mentioned being hung up on several times the woman hung up on me without transferring my call or giving me the other number. I wonder if the Doctor here knows this is how new patients are treated. Completely unprofessional.

The doctors are top-notch, as well as all the services. They offer the very latest in beauty treatments, including hair restoration and hair transplant techniques. The staff is very kind, warm, and attentive. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The service was excellent I was treated with láser for rosácea everything was explained to me, the young ladies in the back were so pleasant made me feel comfortable.. Dr Espinoza is the best!!!!

I went here because Dr Luis Espinosa was highly recommended.Since an appointment with him would take more than 4 weeks I decided to book with another Dr. What a mistake. I went with Dr Rosbel Gonzales to have botox and Radiesse. First, this Dr did not made feel comfortable, she did not explained the procedure before or during the process. The put some ice on my face, I do not recall any topical anesthetic being used, the injections hurt so much I almost did not finish it. All she kept saying was "ohh... this is so strange.... well may be because the needle is a bit thicker" She did not offered any solution, more anesthetic etc. Well I went home with a swollen face,, when I came back one month later for a follow up and told her that I did not see any significant results, she told me, well I see you are disappointed, however at your age(51) you should have gotten 2 vile/syringes. I could not believe it ! I told her, As a doctor if you thought I would need 2 syringes, by the way about $700, why you did not tell me then ???? I would not have done anything at all. I would prefer to save the $1,500 for plastic surgery down the road. I'm not extending this review to all the Dr's in this place, but if they care about their patients they have to do better than that
